Dr. Atef Abosaif is a distinguished legal professional with over 27 years of extensive experience in the legal field. He is the founder of Atef Abosaif Advocates in Egypt, where he has consistently demonstrated his expertise by representing and defending clients in all stages of litigation, including appearances before the Supreme Constitutional Court.
Dr. Atef AboSaif (PhD) who leads our team is a member of Emirates Association of Lawyers and Legal since 2012, bringing decades of specialized litigation experience, and holds expertise and proficiency in the following:

Mr. Mahmoud Adel has completed a Diploma in Public Law and a specialized Diploma from the Bar Association's Legal Institute in Egypt. He finished with bachelor's degree in Law with honors from Beni-Suef University in Egypt, where he also earned a Diploma in Commerce and Investment. Further enhancing his qualifications by obtaining master's degree in Public Law.
